Comfy, by Building Robotics, is looking for a Client Marketing Manager (CMM) to market to and with our B2B clients. Join a team of enthusiastic Marketers spreading the word about a disruptive product that is modernizing commercial buildings and the workforce. The CMM wears two hats: 1) represent the Marketing team and channels on internal Account Teams, to recommend and execute on account-based marketing (ABM) efforts, and 2) represent the Comfy Marketing team and channels to client communications and marketing team stakeholders, to coordinate, develop, and market client success stories. The CMM is client facing, creative, strategic, and goal oriented. We’re looking for an eager Marketer to grow Marketing’s role on Account Teams, to own Marketing’s account influence and expansion strategy, and to deliver ABM campaigns and co-marketed content. This person will report to the Marketing Director and work closely the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

The ideal candidate balances strategy and execution, builds sincere relationships, and can prioritize account team initiatives against company goals and limited resources. You're enthusiastic about joining a rapidly growing team and developing Client Marketing at Comfy.

- Represent Marketing on each Account Team (with Sales and Customer Success) from contract, through expansion, and beyond
- Set strategy for and recommend client marketing opportunities to internal account teams, Comfy management team, and Marketing team
- Coordinate with Marketing team on channels, resources, and needs, to determine what/where/when/why/how to apply marketing resources to select accounts
- Develop and execute ABM mini-campaigns and content for Comfy clients to help achieve top-line account goals (expansion, marketing influence, logo exposure etc)
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to produce co-marketing opportunities
- Establish and maintain processes, communications, and supporting documentation for client marketing and communications teams
- Convey the value of Comfy to client marketing and communications teams and other stakeholders
- Act as single point of contact to clients for all Comfy Marketing requests and initiatives
- Produce client focused/featured marketing content (case studies, testimonial videos, spotlight blogs, etc) working with internal and external Marketing teams
- Define Client Marketing success metrics with Marketing Director, and measure and track success to inform future Client Marketing decisions with Marketing Operations Manager
- Help support and grow Product Advisory Group and other client-facing initiatives and events as Marketing representative

- 3-5 years of marketing and B2B client/account team experience
- Experience in B2B SaaS OR commercial building space
- Experience executing ABM campaigns
- Strong client-facing professional and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and eager to work closely with cross-departmental teams
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (bonus: Marketo or other Marketing Automation system)
- Bonus: Experience working on high-functioning account teams
