The DTC Global Sustainability Manager supports the Global and Geography DTC teams by providing leadership and Project Management for sustainability initiatives. In addition, this role will be responsible for the following:

  • Champion sustainability across the DTC organization. Develop and present requests for resources, win support, articulate challenges and celebrate wins
  • Develop cross-functional and cross-departmental relationships to collaborate and create consensus for programs and initiatives
  • Lead and support the various Geography cross-functional project teams to operationalize the 2020 Sustainability Roadmap. Manage and periodically report on the roadmap for DTC
  • Critically evaluate and challenge existing sustainability strategies, practices and theories in support of continuous improvement
  • Develop a data collection strategy and approach for determining baseline and impact. Establish reporting processes. Maintain and issue all required reports
  • Analyze and synthesize sustainability data
  • Build strategic case and story decks for key sustainability presentations
  • Negotiate and manage program vendors and 3rd party suppliers
  • Represent DTC on the Renewable Energy Working Group. Evaluate proposals through a DTC lens. Provide summary data and recommendations to DTC leadership
  • Provide timely support to SB&I for sustainability ad hoc requests


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of project management, operations or similar role with a clear understanding of budgets, timelines, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, PPT, etc.
